Andy is best known for his time at Argos where he invented the first ever Click & Collect experience.

Sophie Albizua

Sophie’s approach to retail is that of an investor and financier. She spent over 10 years in roles with blue chip banking and private equity institutions. Starting with Goldman Sachs’ Consumer and Retail M&A team, she joined the retail team at Change Capital Partners in 2003, and in her last role at HgCapital was in charge of developing the fund’s retail and European presence within the Consumer team.
