Andy Morrey, Partner

Andy is one of the most experienced multichannel practitioners in Europe. He has unrivalled real experience in multichannel retailing from leadership and innovation to practical deployment, and a unique blend of corporate and consulting experience. Andy has 17 years of practical experience in multichannel retail - as head of e-commerce at Norwich Union, M&S then Argos, where he invented and implemented Click & Collect, the first order and collect scheme ever put in place. In 2004 Andy set up JTM Partners, a multichannel consultancy who has helped retailers large and small, including Alliance Boots, Halfords, Royal Doulton, Signet amongst others. Andy’s work has won 5 Retail Week awards and he has been voted one of the most influential figures in ecommerce in the last 10 years. Sophie Albizua, Partner

Sophie's approach to retail is that of an investor and financier. She spent over 10 years focusing on that sector in her roles with blue chip banking and private equity institutions. She started with Goldman Sachs’ London based Consumer and Retail M&A team in 1999, joined retail-focused private equity team at Change Capital Partners in 2003, and in her last role at HgCapital was in charge of developing the fund’s retail and European presence within the Consumer team. Over these years Sophie has analysed and interacted with countless retail businesses in most European countries and built a practical, pan European knowledge of the industry. From her M&A days through to her Board level responsibilities in private equity invested companies, Sophie’s constant focus is on business model validation and value creation. Rebecca Cotterell, Associate Partner

Rebecca is a seasoned retail CEO. Her previous senior roles include main board positions with Sears UK and executive roles in a variety of retail organisations including Chief Executive positions with Jaeger and British Shoe. Her key responsibilities were business strategy development, company restructuring and management of turnaround and organisational change. Her corporate experience included responsibility for £750m of turnover, 14,000 employees and 700 stores and 5 fascias. Rebecca now specialises in the development of retail strategies and their effective implementation through the design and implementation of business processes and tools and coaching and development of the organisation. She has advised some leading consumer and retail brands including Nike, ASICS, Levis, MFI, P & O Ferries, El Cortefiel Group.

Bryan Wright, Associate Partner

Bryan was a pioneer of the digital industry as founding Partner and Creative Director of 20/20, Europe's No.1 retail design agency and Managing Director of sister business 121, the UK's first interactive retail agency created in 1990. Bryan also created the first websites for Marks & Spencer, Thomas Cook and several other blue chip retailers whilst pioneering interactive television with a holiday service for Thomas Cook. He also developed the consumer / retailer futures facilities called Smartstore Europe (in conjunction with Accenture) and Future Focus (with ICL).

Nish Kotak, Associate Partner

Nish is a leader in interim management services for major change and e-commerce programmes. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the early ’90’s before going on to become a management consultant with PwC Consulting.  He spent eight years advising corporates on best practice for head office reporting and was instrumental in launching PwC’s first commercial software business.  Nish has delivered significant change programmes in the Media and Utilities industries and has worked for GUS and UBM in strategic/M&A roles.

James Robinson, Senior Project Manager

James has over 10 years experience of building and managing sucessful web developments. James started as a developer running his own hosting & design company, and worked for leading design & technical houses. He has also spent time managing and turning around eCommerce departments such as Royal Doulton. James now concentrates on assessing companies web & social media presence and retail focused end-to-end project management of redevelopment and integration projects.
